Answering Multiple Calls

If you are on the phone and a second call rings in, simply place the first caller on hold by pressing the multi-purpose key titled “Answer” that will appear on the screen on your handset. 

If you wish to place the second caller on hold and return to the first caller, simply press the multi-purpose key associated with “Swap” that appears on the screen. 

If you decide to the transfer either of the callers, follow the transfer process here. Once one of the two calls is transferred, the other call that is on hold will be available on the blinking line key. Simply press the blinking line key and you will be reconnected to the on-hold call.

 Users also have the option to reject the second caller by pressing the multi-purpose key associated with “Reject” that will appear on the screen once the second caller rings in. This action will send the second caller to your voicemail.
