President & CEO
Kent is a founding partner and CEO of alt telecom. His attention to customer service has been the cornerstone of our explosive growth with a focus on empowering businesses with world-class, hosted telephone services. Prior to alt telecom, Kent held a number of senior positions in telecommunications and technology product sales to customers throughout North America.
Jon Mitchell
CTO
Jon is a founding partner and CTO of alt telecom. His responsibilities at alt telecom include network architecture, management, and planning associated with new products and services, in addition to keeping ahead of normal growth. He is also responsible for customer engineering, installation, customer care and process engineering.
Jared Amaral
Operations Manager
Jared Amaral brings a wealth of experience to his role as Operations Manager at Alt Telecom. His tenure at Johnson Insurance honed his abilities in team leadership and client experience enhancement. Jared excels in formulating and executing operational plans, mentoring teams, and driving business transformations. His proficiency in change management, cross-functional teamwork, and strategic planning makes him an indispensable member of our organization.
Brandon McKeil
Telecom Support Engineer
Brandon McKeil stands out at Alt Telecom for his exceptional skills in WiFi solutions and customer support. He oversees installations, troubleshooting, and the management of customer phone systems. With a background at F6 Networks and CloudLinx Hosted Services Inc., Brandon’s expertise spans TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi SDN platforms. Additionally, his certifications in Microsoft Office, Windows Server, and Fibre Optic Splicing reinforce his crucial role in our team.
